There aren't many couples who implicitly trust designers to do what they do best, design! However, I consider myself pretty fortunate because for the most part, my couples trust that I'll create something stunning for their most special day.
That was the case with Jenny & Victor. They laid out a color palette they liked and trusted me to create a simple, yet refined design inspired by spring, garden flowers in blush, mauve, taupe and ivory tones. The chosen color palette was probably my favorite part and given that spring in Virginia is the most amazing time of year for local blooms, we took advantage of that and incorporated Dogwood (both pink and white), local tulips and gorgeous garden roses to bring this event about.
Planned by Rachel Kendall Events and photographed by Kirsten Smith Photography, this art gallery wedding at VisArts in Rockville, MD was one of the sweetest. Enjoy.
