Process
Locating a wedding florist in the Washington DC metro area is daunting enough. So, we believe the process in retaining our services should be seamless. From your initial consultation to your custom proposal and beyond your wedding day, here is where your experience begins.

Once we have confirmed our availability for your wedding day, we will begin the design process with a questionnaire; after which, a phone consultation with our lead designer, Shanda is scheduled. During this discovery call, Shanda will get to know you on a more personal level and gather all the details needed for your custom proposal.

PROPOSAL

3 - 4 days after your phone consultation, a Zoom call is scheduled to review your custom design and pricing. Your proposal will be filled with an array of inspiration images intended to embody what you have dreamed of for your wedding along with some of Shanda's proposed ideas to make this design a true reflection of who you are.

Working with us begins the moment you secure your wedding date. A 30% retainer of the total design cost is required to book services. Along with booking, you will receive one proposal revision (if applicable), a venue walkthrough with you scheduled 30 - 60 days from wedding date and up to 3 virtual design consultations to answer any questions you may have
