Micro Wedding Inspiration

Updated: May 25, 2020

Being a floral designer comes with its perks! One of those perks is collaborating with other vendors to create a simple yet stunning wedding shoot that can inspire future brides while they plan their most special day. The cherry on top is when blogs specializing in the wedding industry recognize what amazing things can happen when vendors come together and choose to feature your work! Every Last Detail Blog was one of those wedding industry blogs and I couldn't be prouder.

When Jade & Joy Events approached me with their idea to create a mid-century modern inspired shoot, I had to jump on board. They had a vision of mixing bright summer colors for flowers, but muted, simple lines for the décor. Jade & Joy put it best when they said:

"This wedding is for a special type of bride who envisions a tad more than an elopement, but less than a larger wedding. She wants the intimacy of close friends surrounding her on her special day, celebrating in the space she feels the most comfortable: home. The patterns and colors of the mid-sixties tied together envelope this grown-up, eclectic woman. We wanted to capture the vision of a modern couple who loves mid-century design and wants a colorful, updated take on that style for their day."

Here is a sneak peek at some of the beautiful shots captured by Mary Sarah Photography. Be sure to check out the full post over at Every Last Detail Blog!
